We are pleased to introduce a new marketing credits system connected directly to the Continental Cosmetics online store, making it easier for you to redeem your points for marketing materials.
Previously, marketing items such as samples, testers, and displays had to be ordered through the Marketing Portal using your points. With this new system, you can now redeem your points directly through our online store.
You will be able to place marketing portal items at the same time as your regular order.
How it Works
1. Visit the Marketing folder on the Continental Cosmetics store.
2. Add the marketing items you would like to your cart.
Best practice: Not sure how many points to redeem? Add your Marketing Portal items to your cart first to see the subtotal, generate your coupon code, then return to your cart to add any regular product items.
3. At checkout, click the Marketing Credits button.
4. Enter the number of points you would like to redeem.
5. A coupon code will automatically generate.
6. Copy and paste the code to the coupon code field at checkout to apply your discount or simply press Apply code.
The discount will apply only to the marketing items currently in your cart.
Earning and redeeming points
- Earn 5 points for every $1 spent on purchases.
- Redeem your points for marketing materials at the following rate:
100 points = $1 discount
Example:
If you redeem 1,000 points, you will receive $10 off your marketing order.
