- Apply RefectoCil SiliconePads with the glossy side onto the skin, directly below the eye lid and press them gently on the skin rn
- Apply the RefectoCil eyelash tint. rn
- After the application time remove the eyelash tint directly on the silicone pads with a wet cotton swab. rn
